In its struggle to stop the human race turning into a bunch of wimps, Mécanique Vivante has designed an idiosyncratic machine capable of measuring M.I.Q. or. Muscular Intelligence Quotient.
The drama unfolds between a zealous Professor and the Master of Ceremonies: both convinced that the thought process is only valid when accompanied by physical exertion. In their proselytising, each defends in their own way, the virtues of Muscular Intelligence: one through application with his machine, the other through scholarly lecturing.
The Mechanical Arm Wrestler gives the spectator a chance to test their Muscular Intelligence and reflect on how to improve it – with the help and advice of the Professor. Great fun, a bit of exercise and hilarious commentary.
