The Production Site
In 2002, Mécanique Vivante relocated to Champclauson in the Cevennes mountains in the south of France. This disused industrial site has seen the production of many a dream machine. Constantly developing both its knowledge and equipment, the site now corresponds perfectly to the artistic and technological needs of the company, particularly in mechanical construction and robotics.
From the drawing board to the crash test, Mécanique Vivante produces sets and machinery for the circus, stage and other performing arts.
The range of facilities and equipment means that the company can design and build to order for other companies. Here are some examples:
The Arch for Métalovoice - The Elephants for Oposito - The Giant Roulette Wheel for Company Off - Frankenstein's mast and crow's nest for Jo Bithume - The Girafon for Lonely Circus - The bus "La Folle Histoire" for Karwan
